We use the ZOOM application, there is no need to install it. In the case of confirmed payment, we send access to the online classroom one day before the event, usually between 12:30 and 15:30. We also send a presentation for the course. Participants receive study material (approachably 200 pages). You can connect from your computer or mobile phone. During the online course you can get answers to your questions. You will receive a link to the record by e-mail within 5 working days (inclusive) after the end of the course. This link is valid for 7 calendar days. You can use our technical support (tel. 777 741 787) for the entire duration of the online course, we will help you with everything. Platební podmínky pro účast na kurzu

Po objednání obdržíte na Vámi uvedený e-mail zálohovou fakturu s organizačními pokyny. Částku je možno uhradit hotově v místě konání nebo bankovním převodem. Počítačové kurzy je možné platit pouze bezhotovostně.

Bezplatné storno semináře přijímáme nejpozději 5 pracovních dnů před jeho zahájením. Po tomto termínu a v případě, že se účastník bez písemné omluvy na seminář vůbec nedostaví, je povinen uhradit plnou cenu semináře.
