A more detailed summary of the course:
The course will teach you what a behavioral interview is and what makes it different from other types of interviews. ou will lea> that behavioral interview does not rely on brilliant questions which aim to reveal everything about an interviewee. It is rather a way of thinking which may as well be useful for assessment, when tailoring a development program or when you lead a team. During a behavioral interview, the focus is on the interviewee's past and future observable behavior which we want to see here and now. In order to do that, we use a system of follow-up questions. Based on the answers to those questions we create a hypothesis which is explored further during the interview.
